Which personal data will be processed?
Indutrade AB collects and processes the following personal data: your name, email address and phone number, where applicable (your “personal data”).
Why do we process your personal data?
Indutrade AB processes your personal data in order to send information from Indutrade, such as press releases or financial reports, and to do so we request contact information that is needed for us to be able to perform the requested service.

We collect your personal data from you.
Who has access to your personal data?
We have taken suitable technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data from loss and unauthorised access, among other things. The number of persons who have access to your personal data is limited. Only persons at Indutrade AB who need to process your personal data in accordance with the purposes above have access to your personal data.
However, we may share your personal data with our partners who perform services on our behalf. The personal data you provide to us may be shared to a third party as follows:
- Cision AB – to send you financial information such as interim reports and press releases
How long is your personal data stored?
Your personal data will be stored and processed by us until you choose to no longer subscribe for information from Indutrade AB.
What rights does Indutrade AB have to process your personal data?
To be able to process your personal data we request your consent. You give your consent by ticking the consent box. You can withdraw your consent at any time by sending an email to: privacy@indutrade.com.
What happens if I do not give my consent?
It is voluntary to provide your personal data and to consent to processing, but if you do not give your consent, Indutrade AB will not be able to send information about Indutrade to you. It is necessary that you consent to Indutrade AB’s processing of your personal data; otherwise, Indutrade AB cannot conduct the processing. You can withdraw your consent at any time. This would entail that Indutrade AB can no longer process your personal data as described above.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to the personal data about you that Indutrade AB processes. You have the right to have incorrect personal data about you rectified, and you can request that personal data be erased. You also have the right to request that processing of your personal data be restricted. If you request that Indutrade shall restrict or erase your personal data, it may entail that Indutrade AB no longer has the opportunity to send you information about Indutrade AB. You also have the right to request to receive your personal data in a machine-readable format so that you can transfer the data to another personal data controller (called data portability).
If you are dissatisfied with how Indutrade AB processes your personal data, you can lodge a complaint with the Integrity Protection Authority, which is the supervisory authority for Indutrade AB’s processing of personal data.
