DIVIDEND policy

The Board’s goal is to provide the shareholders an attractive dividend yield and high dividend growth. The goal is that the dividend shall, over time, amount to between 30% and 50% of net profit.

During the last five years, the dividend payout ratio has been an average of 38%, including the proposed dividend.

DIVIDEND FOR 2024

For the 2024 financial year, the Board of Directors’ proposed a dividend of SEK 3.00 per share. The proposed record date for the dividend is 7 April 2025. Provided that the AGM resolves in accordance with the Board’s proposal, payment of the dividend is expected to be made on 10 April 2025.
